Serafil is a high grade polyester continuous filament thread. It comes in a good range of colours and versatile weights starting from metric 10 which is a very coarse thread suitable for shoes, leather, and heavy textiles to metric 200 suitable for almost invisible serging, blindstitch hemming, etc. Serafil is also used for embroidery were the smallest lettering is required.
Benifits:
Available in make ups from (m10) to (m200)
Over 60colours to choose from (biggest colour range for a thread of its type).
Spools vary from 300m through to 20,000m
Very fine and delicate but tough at the same time.
Common uses: Leather and heavy fabric through to super fine blind stitching on extremely light fabrics. Also used for fine embroidery work
